Eres Mejor Recruitment acts as an agent for Local Authorities and other organisations in the UK recruiting high calibre social workers and social care staff who are interested in working in Britain.

Ultimately candidates will be employed by local authorities or other organisations and these respective organisations’ contract terms and conditions will apply.

Interested candidates are invited to apply for work in the UK and we will undertake to:

1. Provide  you with the necessary legislation that applies to your chosen field of work and any other relevant information.
2. Deal with the necessary administrative tasks associated with:

• Social work registration in the UK with the General Social Care Council

• validation of social work qualifications obtained outside the UK

• advise you with regard to acquiring police checks both from your home country and the United Kingdom

• liaise with our associate agent in the UK

Advise candidates of any issues that may arise from time to time regarding all aspects of their application

Eres Mejor offers support in completing applications for registration with GSCC for which a  75€ non refundable administration fee is payable.

Candidates will be required to pay for their social work registration (£155.00) if you have not had your qualification already verified in the UK or £30 if you have previously worked and had your qualification verified.

It is the responsibility of the individual candidate to ensure that they have read and understood the terms and conditions that apply.

Eres Mejor has endeavoured to ensure that all the information contained within these terms and conditions is accurate.

Other costs that you will need to take into consideration are the cost of accommodation and the cost of food and travel.
